Challenge
Lendlease sought to refine the residential sales journey at Elephant Park while reviewing the role and cost of their marketing suite. The objective was to benchmark competitor experiences and identify opportunities to strengthen customer engagement while reducing unnecessary operational costs.
Response
Conductor conducted competitor mystery shopping and analysed communications, sales environments and customer journeys. We mapped multiple purchasing scenarios, assessing friction, key emotional and informational touchpoints, developing recommendations for marketing suite strategy, spatial planning and customer engagement.
Impact
The review identified the defining moments in the customer journey that shape both emotional engagement and commercial outcomes. Our recommendations reduced marketing suite costs while enabling Lendlease to deliver a more efficient sales environment without compromising the experience expected by premium buyers.
