Challenge
The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation needed a rigorous, ground-level picture of over 2,000 businesses across one of Europe's largest regeneration zones. Without it, meaningful planning decisions, infrastructure investment and community engagement with existing occupiers was not possible.
Response
Conductor CX led a five-month programme in partnership with Akou, whose Violet technology platform maps and grows networks. A structured survey and engagement plan were combined with network-mapping technology to visualise data across all 2,000 businesses - capturing activity, needs and regeneration sentiment.
Impact
The programme produced a bespoke platform cataloguing every Park Royal business, surfacing critical insights into infrastructure demands and commercial dependencies. Findings shaped OPDC's planning decisions, supported government funding bids and enabled targeted engagement with existing occupiers committed to the area.
